MS Outlook works as a centralized location from where you can access all your different email accounts. However, issues like Outlook Rules Not Working often get triggered due to several factors like corruption in send or receive settings file, rules set to run on one computer only, POP3 or IMAP account corruption, etc. To resolve this sort of Outlook email problems, you can rename the rules. Try shortening the lengthy names. Next, you can delete the old rules that you don’t need any longer. If the problem persists, try clearing the client only. Alternatively, try combining the similar rules by turning multiple similar rules into one rule. Once you are done combining similar rules, delete the unnecessary rules.
